CDG Hats is here to provide you with your own custom-made men’s hats.  We specialize in men’s fedora’s as well as western hats.  All hats are made from fine fur felt.  Custom design has a special meaning as each and every hat is made to our customer’s preference.  Our hats are carefully developed to meet your taste and style.  Leather sweat bands are hand sewn into each hat. Quality grosgrain finishes the exterior hat band and bow. Western exterior hat bands finishes are either grosgrain or leather.  We never cut corners.  Your hat is a piece of your wardrobe and provides your finished look.

All CDG Hats are custom made and delivery requires 30 to 45 days from date of order. This allows us to give the time and care required to provide you with a quality product.  Additionally, review the chart attached on the website for measurement of your head.  If your head size falls in between the listed measurements, use the next larger measurement when ordering.  A nonrefundable deposit of $125 is required to start your order.

How to Order Your Hat

1. To serve you, we need to know the style hat you desire. The styles are
   basically a Fedora or a Western Hat. There are a variety of colors, brim sizes, as well as
   ribbon and bows. Most Western hats have embellishments as in leather straps or similar
   accents. See the attached form to assist in developing what you’re looking for.
   
2. When the online form is filled out and sent to us, that will prompt either a
   phone call or email to verify what you’re asking for. All hats are custom made, so we
   want to make sure we understand your preference.
3. After our conversation takes place, a deposit of $125 will then be accepted
   to begin your order. Time frame to develop your hat will run between 30 to 45 days. If
   there are issues with availability of colors or products to complete your order, we will be
   in touch as soon as possible.
4. When your hat is complete, we will send you photographs of your finished
   product. We want to make sure you are happy with the results.
5. Final payment will be accepted for your hat, which includes tax and
   shipping cost. Shipping rates vary depending on distance shipped. We are in Renton
   Washington.
6. After payment is received, your hat will be shipped.
